Person using Esdiac

Esdiac Telecommunications ("Esdiac," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, website at esdiac.com, and all related services — including International VoIP Calling, eSIM Data Plans, and Prepaid Calling Cards.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party app stores from which you install the App or make payments.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Your name, email address, country of residence, and phone number when you register for an Esdiac account.
  • Profile information such as your name, email, profile picture, and phone number.
  • Communications you send to Esdiac, including customer support requests.
  • Billing address (legal name, address, city, country, zip code, and phone number) required for payment verification purposes.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device identifiers (such as device MAC address) when you install, register, or use the App.
  • Device and connection information: device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and mobile network information.
  • Diagnostic data: crash logs, performance logs, error reports, and service-related technical information.
  • Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, call duration, session length, and in-app navigation patterns.
  • eSIM plan activity: plan purchases, activations, data usage, and associated device identifiers.

1.3 Information from Firebase Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our services. Firebase Analytics may collect app usage events, device information, crash data via Firebase Crashlytics, anonymous user identifiers, and session engagement metrics. Data is processed by Google LLC per Google's Privacy Policy. You may opt out by adjusting your device's advertising settings or contacting us at support@esdiac.com.

2. Your Mobile Device

We collect device and connection-specific information when you access our services, including your device MAC address at registration. Certain features request access to device capabilities — permission will always be requested before any of the following:

  • Camera and Photos: Required for video calls and profile picture updates. We never scan or import your photo library without explicit permission.
  • Microphone: Required for voice and video calls. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.
  • Contacts: The App may request access to your contacts to display them within the App for a smoother calling experience. We do not import, store, or upload your contacts to our servers. Contact data remains entirely on your device.

3. Financial Data

We do not collect, access, or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or any raw financial information. All payment transactions are processed through CyberSource (a Visa solution). We only collect your billing name and address for fraud verification purposes. We are not responsible for the data practices of our payment processor.

4. eSIM Data Plan Information

When you purchase an eSIM data plan, we collect:

  • The plan selected (destination, data size, validity period).
  • Purchase date and transaction identifier.
  • Device EID (eSIM identifier) required to provision and activate your eSIM.
  • Activation status and data usage reported by our eSIM provisioning partners.

This information is used solely to provision your eSIM plan, provide customer support, and improve our eSIM service. Necessary provisioning data is shared with our eSIM network partners solely to activate your plan.

5. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications regarding your account activity, call credits, eSIM plan status, and App updates. You may opt out at any time through your device's notification settings.

6. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account and verify your identity.
  • Process payments and top-ups for calling credit and eSIM plans.
  • Provision and activate eSIM data plans on your device.
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our VoIP calling, eSIM, and prepaid card services.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Analyze app usage via Firebase Analytics to improve features and user experience.
  • Send service-related communications (account verifications, eSIM activation confirmations, security notices).
  • Respond to customer support requests and comply with applicable laws.
